Heather Pickett - owner

Heather has worked in multiple areas of law, including bankruptcy, estate, personal injury, business, real estate and civil litigation.  


Heather is passionate about her career and loves working in the legal field. She has volunteered for the Conflict Resolution Center for Montgomery County since 2019. She was a volunteer for the NCSF from 2014 to 2021. Heather is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations ethics board and the Maryland State Bar Associations Paralegal Task Force. 


Working in small firms, large firms, and as a freelance paralegal, Heather became aware of the challenges attorneys face and set out to create a better option. Propel Paralegal Services was born from this passion. She has worked hard to build a legal support services company that caters to solo attorneys and boutique firms.   


Heather enjoys traveling, reading, watching documentaries, staying up to date on legal analytics/trends, and spending time with her husband, awesome children, beautiful grandchildren, and two wonderful cats.

Amanda flowers - Senior paralegal manager

Amanda started her paralegal journey in 2012 and has several years of experience in various law practice areas. Amanda obtained her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2016. Amanda Obtained her Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Westmoreland County Community College and her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Pittsburgh.


Amanda joined the team at Propel in 2021. Her skillset and knowledge afford her a unique perspective when working with clients. Her education and background in this, and other areas of law, made her the obvious choice to head up the Propel Estate and Probate team.


Amanda has extensive knowledge and experience with Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters. Amanda works to alleviate unneeded stresses involving these critical legal matters, which can be incredibly challenging for grieving family members.

Amanda also has experience with Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Property Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation. 


When she's not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two yellow labradors.

Alicia rispoli - senior bankruptcy paralegal Manager

Alicia Rispoli is a Senior Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation Paralegal with over 16 years of experience in the legal field. She joined the Propel team in 2021 and quickly became an integral part of the Propel team. 


Alicia brings her extensive experience and excellent multi-tasking abilities to the Propel team and every attorney fortunate enough to work with her.


Alicia has worked alongside attorneys on complex, challenging, bankruptcy, and civil litigation cases for many years. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are assets to every firm that utilizes her talents. She has a particular talent for reviewing, assessing, and analyzing complex cases. Alicia managed all direct support, including preparing and reviewing discovery and managing all records for trial preparation.  


Alicia has her certification in Electronic Health Records. Alicia is a true native of New Jersey who enjoys traveling, sky-diving, and spending time with her husband, their boxer, Zoe,  family and friends.          


Danielle Bahou - senior Bankruptcy paralegal

Danielle started her career in the legal field after graduating college in 2018 by working at the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office in the Consumer Protection division and then later moving onward to private practice. Over the last several years, Danielle has grown her knowledge, education, and skills and dedicated her time to bankruptcy law practice and helping those in need.  


Danielle obtained her Bachelor's in Political Science and Sociology from Pennsylvania State University in 2018. Danielle received her Master's in Legal Studies with a Public Law & Policy concentration from Northeastern University School of Law in 2022. Danielle joined the Propel team at the start of 2022. Danielle brings excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management everywhere, making her a great asset to the team. 


 Danielle loves reading a good book, going on vacations and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time. 

Coleen workinger - senior Bankruptcy paralegal

 

 

With over 20 years of experience in various areas of law and an A.A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies, Coleen brings a  wealth of experience and knowledge to Propel.

Coleen has experience in family, real estate, securities, class action, personal injury, insurance defense, business, and bankruptcy law.


Coleen has been specializing in bankruptcy law for over 15 years. She has spent the last nine years focusing on Chapter 11, Subchapter V, intricate Chapter 13 amendments, adversary proceedings, Trustee litigation, creditor litigation, and Chapter 7 cases.


Coleen is a native Floridian who enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with her family and friends.

Reshel Ruleda - Executive assistant

Reshel began her career in customer service and transitioned to administrative assistant roles. She worked in a BPO company before deciding to be a home-based freelancer. She studied computer literature for a year to pursue her job as an effective Virtual Assistant. She is passionate about virtual assistant services. Reshel has extensive experience with all administrative tasks and has held positions in multiple fields. She makes virtual work look easy and takes seamless to a whole new level.


Reshel finished high school as an honor student with a Humanities and Social Sciences degree and is working toward her Social Work Degree in College. Her multi-faceted education and experience make her a great asset to Propel's team.
